1. Aigon Mechatronic Pvt Ltd - 2021 to present. As the Marketing and Operations Head at Aigon Mechatronics Pvt Ltd, I have been instrumental in driving the company's renewable energy endeavors. My role involves overseeing various functions, including Business Development, Sales/Marketing, and Operations. Expertise lies in executing projects from inception to completion, encompassing meticulous planning and implementation for both on-grid and off-grid projects. Additionally, I actively participate in green energy events and exhibitions to promote the company's initiatives. I have provided essential managerial support to both the Operations and Marketing teams, contributing to their growth and efficiency.         During my tenure as the Marketing and Operations Manager at Ezon Energy Solutions Pvt           Ltd, I have played a pivotal role in driving the company's commitment to green energy                   development. My responsibilities included overseeing the complete sales cycle for                       identified projects, particularly in the Solar KW/MW segment, from inquiry generation to               contract signing.

        My contributions extended to assisting in the design of custom-made products, catering to         unique client requirements. The proactive approach involved staying updated with industry         trends, competitor activities, and regulatory/financial incentives, which aided in strategic             decision-making and market positioning.

       To promote the company's green energy initiatives, I have actively participated in events              and exhibitions, showcasing the organization's vision and offerings.
