●Monitor internal & External Service Providers as per the scope of work
●Conducted trainings for process awareness and improvement on ITSM platform

MBA in Marketing and System Managemnt with following Global certificates;
- PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner
- ITIL-Intermediate-Service Operation
- ITIL- v.3 Foundation
- MCSA & MCSE under Win 2K
