My self Suhail Ambalavan.In the past position, I was employed as a Medical Record Technician, and have worked with medical records in this role for the past five years. My chief roles have been communicating with patients, File Auditing, organizing and inputting information into the computer system, filing and updating client information records, and keeping the utmost of confidentiality with all medical records. • Provides medical record information by answering questions and requests of patients, hospital staff, law firms, insurance companies, and government agencies.
• Maintains patient confidence and protects hospital operations by keeping information confidential; following release-of-information protocols.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the hospital by complying with legal requirements.
