As an Independent Ayurvedic Consultant since January 2024, I provide personalized Ayurvedic consultations and treatment plans, focusing on holistic health, disease prevention, and natural healing therapies. My approach integrates Ayurvedic medicines, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications to address both chronic and acute health conditions, prioritizing preventive care and stress management.  

I hold a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from J. B. Roy State Ayurvedic Medical College & Hospital. My prior experience as a Junior House Physician in the Kaya Chikitsa Department allowed me to contribute to patient care and mentor junior interns. I am committed to leveraging my knowledge and skills in Ayurveda to enhance patient wellness through comprehensive and integrative care.
