  • Different types of Business Reports/MIS create and generate in excel.
  • Responsible for Parts & Labour invoice to Customer in LDS Online System (Company own worldwide software).
  • Preparing current business vs old business (Parts, Labour, Exp., Etc.) PPT on monthly basis
  • Preparing service labour productivity on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for making Parts discount calculation (Form-C) in Excel and online on monthly basis for Customers and Dealers.
  • Fulfill data related requirements of ASM, RSM, AFC, RFC & BDM
  • Handling office upkeep and all administrative related jobs.
  • Hardcopy File/Office management as per DOS and responsible as an Auditee for DOS Audit, Facility Audit and External Audits.
  • Coordination for various data with site service technicians (WB,NE & Bhutan)
  • Coordination with Head Office (Bangalore) for their every need as an Area Coordinator. 
  • Coordinate with IT Helpdesk and responsible for IT support for all employees in area and site as Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
  • Travel desk management for Area (WB, NE & Bhutan), if required.
  • Responsible for Attendance making, sending to HO & Leave Tracking.
  • Coordinate with site Technicians and fulfill their requirements.
  • Responsible for Audit of inventory (parts) for all site stores as well as warehouse

  • B.A. (General) from Calcutta University with 38%
  • 12th( Commerce) from W.B.C.H.S.E board with 44% 
  • 10th from  W.B.B.S.E board with 46%
