*-      Regularly coordinate with the service Marketing team to allocate separate express service bays on priority to 'Category A' customers.       
*-      Consistently contribute to maintaining C S I score at the top to Uphold the brand equity through relationship management, quality of service and customer delight.                     
*-      Consistently generate desired profits by suggesting accessories to customers i.e. paint  protection, interior protection, etc.
