I am Sunil Gauba with an experience of 20+ years in Corporate Real Estate Services with best of the companies in India.  Synopsys of my professional journey so far is as follows :-

1) I am heading the Real Estate Expansion for Cars24 since 2019 with the Real Estate Portfolio of 18 Million Sqft distributed among the Corporate Office, Support Offices, Retail Centers, Sales & Stocking Yards, Mega Refurbishment Labs in 100+ cities in India.  Annual rental spent on this is INR 60+ Cr.

2) Prior to Cars24 - I was led the CureFit(EatFit Vertical) for their PAN India Growth close to one year.

3) Prior to CureFit - I was heading the real estate for Flipkart for close to 4-½ yrs as Director - Corporate Real Estate (Facilities & Infrastructure Deptt.)

4) I worked with Indusind Bank for the footprint expansion in North India from 2012 to 2013 as Deputy Vice President - Projects & Properties.

5) I worked with Yes from 2018 to 2012 as Asst. Vice President for the expansion of their footprint in Northern India.

6) I worked with Bharti AXA Life Insurance, StandC, TATA AIG, etc. in the similar capacity.
