Country Manager Aug 2022 - Current Company – GET Global Group Location – Muscat GET offers comprehensive turnkey outsourced services for critical OPEX elements in upstream oil and gas operations across MENA, USA, and Guyana. As a key responsibility, I spearhead the development of business in Oman, managing relationships with target clients and regulatory/compliance authorities. Additionally, I provide oversight for on-ground operations and effectively manage local partnerships. In May 2023, I successfully led the team in securing a new contract with the largest oilfield services company. This contract encompasses a wide range of services, including Expertise Based Services, Procurement & Supply Chain Services, and Maintenance Services. The deal holds the potential to generate annual revenue exceeding $20 million. 

Financial Trading Position - Portfolio Manager Jan 2016 – April 2022 (6 years) Company - Professional Traders Group (PTG) /Fortune Folio Location - Dubai PTG and Fortune Folio are Proprietary Trading company involved in Financial Trading. I worked with PTG from 2016 to 2019 as Senior Quantitative Analyst with a mandate to deliver Trading Models based on Artificial Intelligence. In 2019, I Founded Fortune Folio with a mission to launch a Trading Desk based on fully automated trading system trading algorithmic strategies. During my tenure, I successfully built and led a high-performing team comprising data scientists, quantitative analysts, and quantitative developers. Implementing an effective R&D and Innovation process, I identified statistical inefficiencies in financial price data and transformed them into robust mathematical models. Utilizing artificial intelligence, I developed advanced trading models. Through my R&D process I built a proprietary technique to find patterns in data which can be used to develop and optimize predictive mathematical models. 

Oil & Gas & Maritime Industry Position - General Manager Middle East, South Asia & Africa Jan 2007 – Oct 2015 (9 years) Company - C-MAR Group (UK) C-MAR Group is a British company offering various Services to the Marine section of Oil & Gas Industry. I Worked with C-MAR Group in Singapore (1 y), London (2 y), Mumbai (4 y), and Dubai (2 y). With PL responsibilities, I Started-Up following Verticals of C-MAR’s business in Mumbai & Dubai. 1. Carry out ‘Failure Modes & Effects Analysis’ (FMEA) for DP Ships 2. Offer Subsea Engineers for Sub Sea maintenance services on Deepwater Drill Ships 3. Offer Nautical Institute accredited ‘Dynamic Positioning Training’ for Ship Captains and Mates For Mumbai & Dubai Start-Up, • I created a well-defined business operating plan • I built a team of Naval Architects, Ship Captains, Subsea Engineers (team of 15 members) • I carried out Business Development Due to varied nature of different verticals, I got the opportunity to build relations and develop business with Shipping companies operating in O&G industry, with Deepwater Drilling companies and with Shipyards. For South Asia region I steered the FMEA Services from 0% to 50% market share within 3 years. 

Ships/Oil Rigs 1990 to 2006 (16 Years) • I have worked on various Deepwater Drill ships & Semi Submersibles based in Brazil and West Africa as Dynamic Positioning Operator. I was amongst first few Indians Certified to operate DP System on Drill Ships. • I have worked on a wide range of sea going ships as Mate including Crude Oil Tankers, Product Tankers, Bulk Carriers Gas Carrier, and OBO.
