My meticulous thought process gives birth to innovative ideas which are the reason of many successful stories which I have created through twenty-three years of my career.
After completing my studies , I worked with companies like GE countrywide, Amity International , Frankfinn and RKBK where I created higher standards of achievement.
I have spent majority of time in the field of training and development. Being a hardcore trainer for more than seventeen years , I understand inside out know how of human behavior, society and corporate culture.
I plays an instrumental role in bringing people together to achieve common goals.
My ability to lead effectively earned me many important positions and made me role model for youngsters.

I have total experience of 23 years in L&D and Business Development .
I have played multiple roles during my career .
I have worked with the companies like GE Countrywide , Hero mindmine , Frankfinn , Amity International, RKBK Skill Development .
I have delivered trainings for client like NTPC , NHPC , Flipkart , Election commission of India , Future group , UPES Dehradun , Airport authority of India and many more .
