As a Senior Game Producer I have gained extensive experience over 10+ years, in managing game development projects from inception to launch. I have honed my skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, client, and UX teams, to deliver high-quality gaming experiences. I am adept at presenting demos and status updates, nurturing ideas, and providing solutions to client problems. Additionally, I excel in serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.

My responsibilities at IngenuityGaming Pvt Ltd have provided me with valuable insights into the gaming industry and have equipped me with the expertise required for the Sr. Game Designer role. I am skilled in understanding client visions, Par sheets, brainstorming product ideas, working closely with product compliance and jurisdiction, coordinating with studios and software engineers, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Furthermore, I am proficient in developing, tracking, and reporting on project progress, as well as reviewing and analyzing client feedback to make informed decisions about product adjustments and improvements.

I have done my UG in Biotechnology with Masters in Business Management, through these years i have gained experiences through learning and have been seasoned with the professional attitude deriving complex problems and mitigate risks, maintaining consistency in the work that i am most passionate about.
