Responsible for managing the end to end activities of a project from the operations perspective, this spanned from the creation of projects in the Oracle Fusion system to mapping resources, funding, forecasting budget, and verification of contracts, billing, managing time entry, forecasting and closing the project after the final deliverable is met. 
Responsible for advising the business on all aspects of foreign Assignments - including advising on the correct policy choice, the most cost effective approach, ensuring tax, social security and immigration laws are followed, advising on exceptions and advising on how to process payments, in addition to writing Assignment contracts and Secondment Agreements. This role involves working with HR Leaders, business managers, finance, corporate tax, , payroll managers, Vendor consultants, Tax authorities and any other organizations as required.
