• Identify global vendors and suppliers for unique equipment purchases and manage and maintain excellent vendor relations. Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies.
• Facilitating with the suppliers shipping document for Customs clearance and coordinating with Clearing and forwarding agents, ensuring full delivery of cargos.
• Ensure budget holder provide annually procurement plan and initiate procurement plan discussion with budget holder.
• Prepare a detailed procurement plan and schedule for the successful delivery of the medical supplies, works, goods and services rollout program
• Management of the tendering process once specifications have been agreed by Logistics and Procurement managers for high value procurements.
• Establish/maintain/manage relationships with suppliers including soliciting and negotiating quotes; maintaining continuous communication with suppliers including order confirmation, following‐up on deliveries and communicating delivery.
• Develop and/or assist in developing procurement policies, procedures, & guidance documents.
• Source / Research and provide competitive procurement options to deal with limited supply of products and services.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the supplier evaluation and selection process and manage the process for high value/high risk projects.
• Keep the project team well informed of any changes or updates in material availability.
• Assist project team in developing and maintaining project process related documents as well as monitoring compliance of projects with established procedures
• Communicate with and maintain positive relationships with customers, Project Manager, Sales Person, and the respective project team
• Update project folders with all notes, technical documents and quotes as appropriate.
• Support negotiations are carried out on contracts and Orders to realize possible savings for the organization.

• Contributing Pricing and key account functionalities when needed. Maintain etiquettes to attain the desired outputs in general functionalities.
• Providing innovative sales ideas to enhance the business and to develop the qualified sales leads and maintain business cooperation with the respective accounts.
• Responsible of Shipping, Tracking and Receiving of all project related materials.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Continuous improvement through aggressive cost and process improvement is expected and required without sacrificing quality or technical or scope requirements.
• Perform any other duties as requested as requested by manager.
• Basics of e-commerce SAP, complete work knowledge in Zoho CRM portal and Microsoft 365.
