I am a dedicated and motivated individual having a Masters in Social Work (HRM) from Loyola College, with a strong academic record. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (General) from Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College, achieving an excellent CGPA. I gained practical experience through internships at Savera Hotel, Salcomp, and Inspirisys Solutions Limited, enhancing my understanding of HR processes. I actively participate in extracurricular activities, serving as a member of the placement cell at D. G. Vaishnav College and as the Convener for the Department Festival at Loyola College.

During my internships at Salcomp Manufacturing India Pvt. Ltd., Hotel Savera , and Inspirisys Solutions Limited, I had the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. These experiences allowed me to gain hands-on experience in areas such as onboarding, recruitment, walk-ins and employee engagement programs. I honed my skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, developed strong attention to detail, and learned to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive employee information. These experiences have not only enriched my understanding of HR operations but also allowed me to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills.
