  • Good knowledge of US Visa types Like OPT, H1s, EADs, GCs, US Citizens and TNs.
  • Finding the right job according to the Consultant profile which includes searching the job on different Job portal like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Etc.
  • Providing necessary information to the Consultant.
  • willing to work for a long-term commitment.
  • Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment & practices.
