I worked as a Collections agent in Concentrix for 1 year and 1month which is 13 months in a banking process, I usually used to help the customers with their general queries and also if they were in any kind of financial problem then then I used to help them by guiding them on how to manage their finances and also give repayments in order to get the customer back to financial health as quickly as possible and I also dealt with complaints at the same time.

I have done my Secondary/High School  in science background and then was pursuing engineering in the computers and communication background and currently have backlogs and could not complete due to some personal circumstances.
