I am basically from south India. I have +9 years of experience in warehousing as a Storekeeper and also worked as a Data Entry Operator. I have learned a lot from my companies that would help me go through the job. And familiar with Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and typing skills.

1. Receptionist cum Supervisor in Hotel River View   

Nagore, Tamilnadu, South India (Jan-2022 – Present)

-Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.

 -Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

 -Respond to all guest questions and requests.

 -Answer and forward phone calls.

2. Store Keeper in Alain Food & Beverages PJSC

Dubai, UAE -(April-2013 – August-2018)       

-Keeping a record of sales and restocking the store accordingly.

-Managing and training store staff.

-Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.                            

-Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders

-Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders

-Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of   physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns

-Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom

-Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies

-Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses

-Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical   relationships both internally and externally

-Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.

3. Assistant Store Keeper

-Assists with maintaining organized and clean storerooms that are properly  labeled, and product is protected and safeguarded.

-Assists with preparing storerooms for new inventory to be received. Stock stores according to USPH and safety standards.

-Responsible for rotating product in stores in accordance to first-in-first-out  (FIFO) and expiration dates.

-Assists with preparing external orders of food, chinaware, glassware,    hollowware, flatware, and table linen for the Provision Master.

-Assists in maintaining all related inventory within budgeted levels and reports  any variances to the Provision Master.

-Assists with receiving food orders and storing product according to USPH and  SEMS regulations.

-Advises Storekeeper of any variances from received orders compared to  order.

-Assists with filing internal requisitions, and issuing the product requested and  approved, according to Company policy.

-Assists with controlling waste and spoilage of product. Completed room  temperature logs on SEMS, USPH, and FDA approved forms.

-Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed. The omission of  specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position. 

4. Data Entry Operator in Pro-Ad Consult Sdn Bhd

Malaysia - (June-2006 – May-2008)

-Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical  information from source documents within time limits

-Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare   source data for computer entry

-Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible  and check output Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents

-Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform                                                          backup operations

-Scan documents and print files, when needed

-Keep information confidential

-Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
