Syed Moiz Ahmed

I am a Computer Engineering graduate with hands-on experience as a Technical Advisor at Concentrix, supporting Broadcom clients. I specialize in L1 support, customer service, and troubleshooting non-technical and entry-level technical issues. I have certifications in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence, and I’ve completed a cybersecurity analyst simulation with Tata Group, gaining valuable experience in identity and access management (IAM). I'm now seeking new opportunities in IT support, cybersecurity, or the automotive tech industry, especially in the Middle East or Europe.

During my BTech, I actively explored both core computer engineering subjects and modern technologies like Python, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and App Development. I developed an MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) app as part of a project that enhanced my understanding of cybersecurity and mobile application security.

Beyond academics, I participated in Rotaract Club activities, where I contributed to community service and leadership development. I also volunteered at an orphanage, engaging in non-profit initiatives to support and mentor children. These experiences strengthened my teamwork, empathy, and organizational skills, making me a well-rounded tech enthusiast with a heart for community upliftment.
