In my career spanning 31 years, I have been engaged with the various Industries, Contractors, Developers & Consultants and have been involved with 110 plus projects & more than1000 lakhs sq ft of constructed area.

I am associated with Ashar Group (Residential / Commercial & IT /SEZ park) as their Business Head / Vice president for their various multiple projects. Earlier I had also been associated with Tata Group for their multiple projects / Independent Director with Aviyana Real Estate / Kelvin Mech Group & Singapore based consortium (HVAC & IOT based initiatives), Colliers Group & Creative Group (design & Architecture).

I have also worked earlier as Business Head  with Aurum Group (Was responsible for 3 Multi location projects), Era Infra Group (Was responsible for 27 Multi location projects) & Entertainment World Developers (Was responsible for 11 Multi location projects).

I have earlier worked in Africa with Quality Group as Direct projects also.
During my career I have been involved in nearly all functions (Business Development, Strategic Planning, Commercial feasibility, Designing Coordination, Planning, Budgeting, Estimation / QS & Costing, Scheduling & Tendering, Execution & Billing, Supply Change Management (Global Procurement & Sourcing - SAP & Farvision ERP systems), Project & Contract Management, Quality Assurance / Quality Plans, Value Engineering, Facility Management, Land Acquisitions & Liasioning, Sales & Marketing, Implementation of New Technologies, Implementation of ISO: 9001, Various SOPs, Leed Rating, Handling of 4000 nos manpower, Team Management & Self-Initiatives and also Managed and Supported functions such as HR, Finance, Legal & CSR initiatives) and focus on Pre & Post Construction, Planning (Budgeting, Estimation / QS,Scheduling), Design Coordination,Tendering, Execution, Billing, Global Procurement, Quality Assurance,  Business Development,Facility Management, Sales & Marketing & Liaison experience all across India
Working with Contractors (TATA GROUP (Multiple Industries, Residential / Commercial & IT / SEZ park, Airports, Infrastructure, Highways, Metros, Hospitals), UNITECH (Industries, EPC, Oil Refineries, Residential / Commercial & IT / SEZ park), INFRA ERA (Residential / Commercial, IT / SEZ park, Airports, Infrastructure, Highways, Metros), EWDL (Residential, Commercial, Hospitals, Hotels & Multiplexes), OSEL (Airports, Infrastructure & Highways) & SOMDATT BUILDERS (Infrastructure & Highways) ) was able to understand the various aspects of construction from all the dimensions with special focus on Costing / Value Engineering, Contracting, SCM / Purchasing & Quality assurance.

With various Developers / Real Estate / PMC companies (ASHAR(Residential / Commercial & IT / SEZ park), AURUM (Residential / Commercial & IT / SEZ park), PUREARTH / DCM (Residential & Commercial ), QUALITY GROUP - TANZANIA (Residential, Commercial & Industrial), & BHARTI REALTY(Residential / Commercial & IT /SEZ park))  (along with the in-house responsibility of PMC) I was able understand the various aspects from Land Acquisition, Designing, Execution, Quality Assurance, Procurement as well as Marketing to End customer as well.
With various Industries (EICHER & ABHISHEK INDUSTRIES / TRIDENT GROUP) - I also learnt the basic principles of Manufacturing along with various aspects of Quality Assurance). 

I had the great opportunity to manage the following projects - 
52 nos Townships / Group Housing projects (300 plus multi storey towers upto 40 storey high with mivan technology) /24 nos Malls / 7 nos IT Parks (SEZ's) /  Interior High to Middle end Finishing works - 42 projects
6 nos Infrastructure & highway / 5 nos Airport / Metro projects / 4 nos Multi Specialty Hospitals / 7 nos Hotels /  11 nos Multiplexes  / Solar power projects / Smart Cities  / 3 nos EPC / Oil Refineries / Power plants / 8 nos Industrial Complexes and  45 Nos Water based projects along with the experience in setting and establishing startups apart from working in well-established Companies. 

Apart from the above, I have also handled the Business Development / Contractor Liasioning along with  the opportunity to work with the best & top notch International & Indian Clients / Consultants / Contractors in Industry for their different projects:
