Isuzu, VW, Maruti Suzuki and KIA.

Manager Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality & System Quality Planning (QMS) from 16th July 2010 to till date.

From July 2021 to till date-Overall QMS Leading with 3 plants and Responsible for Customer Critical Quality Audit.

From July 2020 to June 2021-Seat belt assy, Steering wheel Assy and Airbag Process, Customer Quality, Supplier Quality and QMS.

From July 2017 to June 2020-Quality Planning (QMS-2 Plants), Steering wheel Assy and Airbag Process, Customer Quality, Special Audit (DOJ-Department of Justices)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the Quality Assurance Department functions, & Manage the Quality Assurance team of executive, associate personnel & casuals.

Ensuring the good Quality component given to the Line, If Assembly Line quality Concern,

and Incoming concern, Customer field Complaints feedback give to the supplier immediately & arrange the good parts to run the production line smoothly.

Handling of Customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis and updating the actions to customer with all supporting Documents (Control Plan, PFMEA, OIC..) as per the customer defined format (8D).
