With over 3+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, I offer expertise in designing, implementing, customizing, integrating, automating complex solutions to augment workflows, enhance data quality, boost team productivity, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. My proficiency extends to adeptly managing user roles and profiles, creating custom objects, and developing validation rules, triggers, and workflows to optimize Salesforce functionality. My skill set is further reinforced by my strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to staying abreast of the latest Salesforce developments and best practices. Currently I am doing my internship with Clicked as a Business Analyst and an Administrator .
