A natural Team Leader, I am skilled in Maintenance - Facility planning & execution. Handling day-to-day organizational operations. Having worked with C-Level Executives, I have been a part of Strategy planning and its implementation to achieve Organizational Goals timely and efficiently in the most economical mode.
Also involve in Supply Chain Management of the organization to fulfill the Procurement and Inventory control activities.

For the past 6 years, I have been responsible for Operations & Maintenance work and also involved in Procurement activities for EATCLUB Brands Ltd (Box8) & Utility Powertech Ltd (At RGPPL, Dabhol). Moreover, I have executed O&M and SCM plans on my own and have provided smoother operations to the organization.

Aspects of Maintenance Operations
 Managing the Repair and Maintenance of 100+ outlets for Electrical Assets, Electricity Breakdowns, Infrastructure and Bikes.
 Maintain store operations to avoid sales loss by resolving day-to-day complaints within the time frame specified (TAT).
 Preventive Maintenance planning and execution without fail from technician and mechanic teams, as well as asset-specific PM checklist creation and adherence.
 Prepare a maintenance budget for prospective activities and maintain historical records of earlier activities.
 I have good experience in team management, with 12 technicians and mechanics, and have mentored & appraised team members.
 Processing of R&M and spare parts vendors' invoices and ensure prompt payments.
 Managing the process of scrapping and selling all kinds of assets by removing the usable components.
 Electrical Assets & Bike R&M
 Conducting kitchen team training on best practices for handling equipment and attending to minor failures for instant rectification.
 I have sound knowledge of the installation, breakdown and preventive maintenance of Moretti Forni ovens T64G, T64E and T98G.
 Electrical assets include things like motorised machinery, heating, and cooling.
 Conducting a team-training session for bike riders (DMs) on safe riding practices and fuel efficiency.
 Electrical R&M
 Dealing with issues related to meter rooms and power outages with electrical boards like MSEB, Adani Power, and Reliance.
 Ensure that the store's RCCBs are all operational and that there is always healthy earthing.
 Inside the store, electrical failure handling and the UPS are properly backed up.
 In order to protect against power outages, Diesel Generators are fully backed up. They also receive regular maintenance and in the event of a malfunction, DG vendors are quickly contacted.
 Infrastructure R&M
 In order to maintain store infrastructure in accordance with standards, civil and plumbing-related issues are promptly rectified by a third-party vendor.
 Take bids for significant infrastructure projects, negotiate, authorise and resolve problems.
 Dealing with municipal / society authorities for outside drainage chamber block issues and cleaning work.
 Dealing with concerns relating to the water supply with society or owner authority.
 Carrying out weatherproofing work before the rainy season to prevent leaks and water build-up.
 Leading store infrastructure overhaul projects to accommodate and facilitate day-to-day operations of increasing brands and revenue while providing easy-to-maintain outlets to improve cleanliness and maintain hygiene in food handling at the stores.
 Procurement & Inventory Management  Handled R&M MRO procurement by understanding the performance of existing suppliers and spares, conducting detailed research to find better solutions, establishing sourcing strategies, and continuously improving through feedback.  Carry out Kaizen initiatives for products, processes and equipment to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring costs and overlook the entire process from sourcing to training to set up new benchmarks.
 Asset dispatch planning with the stock team and central warehouse to maintain an ideal asset count at stores also includes inter-store transfers.
 R&M spare parts dispatch planning with the stock team and central warehouse helps avoid delays in maintaining the asset at stores.
 General responsibilities include strengthening the supply partners base, initial audits of partners' infrastructure, assigning RFPs / RFQs to relevant partners, spot negotiation, PO issuance, ensuring timely dispatch & delivery of orders.
 Liaison with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and drive various projects.
