CAREER OBJECTIVE 

As Engineering Specialist - Water and Waste Water Systems, Reviewed/developed technical specifications for Waste Water Systems R.O plant D.M plant, CPU plant, RODM plant STP, R.O with EDI, MBR  

Potable water system :

Which include oil water separator, sewage treatment plant, hot blow down cooling system and various pumping systems. Reviewed offers and documentation from suppliers. Responsible for waste water system PID, system manual and waste water source list. Coordinated with Electrical, I&C, Civil and Arrangement departments in aspects relevant to water and waste water treatment. Developed detailed calculations for water systems

During Installation / Commissioning:

• Supervision during erection and installation of Processing plants, and storage tanks.
• Co-Ordination with Vendors for Designing layout, & Installation/Commissioning of utility Equipment. 
• Assisting project Manager in new jobs & equipment selection. After Installation/Commissioning 
• Look after overall functions of Operation, process, and other manufacturing related activities (water treatment & bulk storage) from supply chain to dispatch, including documentation, and Scheduling. 
• Monitor & control process parameters, operational & utility requirements & all technical, administrative & quality issues related to emulsion section.
• Supervise overall activities of the emulsion section to achieve maximum utilization of the capacity & to control the cost of production by controlling the wastage of material, energy & paid hours.
• Generate comprehensive production & process monitoring reports for analysis & improvement.
• Plan, schedule & execute monthly production, including material & manpower arrangements.
• Provide technical assistance & supervision for quality control monitoring of finished product.
• Co-ordinate with maintenance Department for preventive & annually maintenance.

As LSTK project Residential construction manager for the water treatment plant, managed, the subcontractor contracted to commission and operate the water treatment plant 75M3/Hr DM plant with pre-treatment ETP 75m3/Hr and DM water storage tank an ion exchange plant for demin water production.

Also supervised chemical dosing and water-steam cycle chemistry analysis for all systems 

1.  Neyveli lignite Corporation: 1000m3/Hr PT plant, 900m3/Hr X3 Softener, 75 m3/ Hr  DM plant , 100KLDX2 STP, 300m3/Hr ETP.

As Turnkey Commissioning engineer for the water treatment plant, managed, the subcontractor contracted to commission and operate the water treatment plant 1000m3/Hr PT plant, 900m3/Hr X3 Softener, 75 m3/ Hr  DM plant , 100KLDX2 STP, 300m3/Hr ETP an ion exchange plant for demin water production.

      Water Treatment Plant Commissioning at the biggest project in 2010, I was brought in at the      early construction phases 2 at Harwheel Cluster in 0MAN south oil and gas with power station to participate in the engineering review and oversee water treatment plant construction to prepare the plant for the commissioning and operations phase of the project.

 Part of my duties are : Training operators and chemists on plant operation and water quality monitoring. Contributed to the understanding/critique of water treatment/analysis systems during the engineering phase. Supporting the environmental department in QCPDO permitting efforts and water analyses. Supporting efforts for REACH compliance. According of technical testing materials. Currently we are in the commissioning phase of the water treatment plant which includes, sand filters, Activated carbon filter, ISR filters, Reverse Osmosis units, EDI,potable water treatment plant, a, chemical unloading and dosing equipment and a lignite and water analysis lab.

10) Qatar Fertilizer Company at Qatar: 200 m3/hr X 3 Mixed bed with LCS & DCS Control

 Checked erection completion of equipment, instruments and piping on site. 

 Trained local engineers in water treatment, brine/caustic preparation/recovery and decolorization process

 Supervised cold and hot commissioning of the brine preparation. 

 Improved EHS on site by reporting on safety and environmental issues and labeling of all equipment especially chemical equipment with safety signs.

 Advised owner and local engineers on implementing EHS culture on site 

12) Zimbabwe Power company at Zimbabwe : 181 m3/hr X 2 RO with Mixed bed with LCS control

As Turnkey Commissioning engineer for the water treatment plant, managed, the subcontractor contracted to commission and operate the water treatment plant which includes four gravity sand filter two clarifiers and attached chemical dosing equipment, sand filtration plant for production of 181 m3/hr. X 2 RO cooling water and an ion exchange plant for demin water production.
