18 Years experience in Data Analytics, Automation and Project Management. 

Experience

  • Data Analysis, tool development and automation using VBA Macro programming along with SQL/ SQL Server, MS Access, Python (Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Sklearn for predictive analysis with linear regression, Decision tree, Train-Test model development etc) – More than 8 years of experience.
  • Requirement Analysis, Gathering different formatted source data like Excel, CSV, Web, SQL Server, MS Access etc. Cleaning data, Transforming data, Integration and Preparation of the data for Analysis. 
  • Worked on multiple Automation and Data Analytical projects. Like Account Level CSAT data analysis and tool development for Reporting. Stakeholder Management System Data Analysis and automation. Procurement record automation and tool development. Asset Management tool development and Automation etc. Involved in to: Collection of data from different sources, Data cleaning, data Transformation, provide data to a meaningful structure, Visualization and Reporting. 
  • Data visualization with Power BI including DAX – More than 5 years of experience. 
  • Currently working as Project manager for Thomson Reuters accounts. - Project end to end execution on, Client handling, Demand Management using Service Now(SNOW), Asset management(CMDB) .
  • Product development, SLA compliance Application and Production support.
  • Establishes, executes, and oversees project's operations (ie Budget, forecasting, margin, metrics billing/invoicing, Demand task handling, Tax matrix maintenance, Asset Management, purchase orders, EN Sheet maintenance, SOW/ SLA compliance, etc).
  • Transition to client completed for Collaboration services and FSO services.
