• Currently working as Project manager for Thomson Reuters accounts. - Project end to end execution on, Client handling, Demand Management using Service Now(SNOW), Asset management(CMDB) .
• Product development, SLA compliance Application and Production support.
• Establishes, executes, and oversees project's operations (ie Budget, forecasting, margin, metrics billing/invoicing, Demand task handling, Tax matrix maintenance, Asset Management, purchase orders, EN Sheet maintenance, SOW/ SLA compliance, etc).
• Transition to client completed for Collaboration services and FSO services.
