Experience

I have recently completed my internship at the Army Sports Institute, Pune. I gained valuable experience in making diet plans for athletes from various sports disciplines. My responsibilities included assessing individual nutritional needs, designing meal plans and creating weekly menu for the Khelo India mess. 

Prior to that, I had the opportunity to intern with an esteemed institution like INS Hamla and a Nutrition consultancy like SuperHeroMaker.

 

Education

I have earned a Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition from the College of Home Science, Nirmala Niketan, Mumbai.
