With over four years of comprehensive experience in human resources. My recent role as Senior HR Manager at Shethink Pvt. Ltd. involved leading a team to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, using HRMS software like Keka. I developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and fostering a positive work environment. At Throughout Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Sprintale Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I managed the complete employee lifecycle, conducted employee engagement activities, and handled social media management for LinkedIn and Facebook pages. My initial role at Arc Consulting honed my skills in end-to-end recruitment and candidate onboarding.  I am excited about the opportunity to leverage my strategic planning, compliance management, and employee engagement skills.
