  • Business Partner:
  • Managing onboarding, joiningformalities, documentation, orientation, statutory forms, etc. for new joiners
  • Build collaborative stakeholder relationships that ensure cooperation and commitment to achieve effective people strategies and programs
  • Managing attendance, employeegrievances, confirmations, warnings,terminations and exits, within TAT for all employees
  • Induction on HR Policies and processes (Leave Policy, Attendance Policy, POSH, GMC, Code of Conduct, Work from Home Policy)
  • Identify and deliver human resources initiatives in partnership with other PeoplePerformance and Cultureteams to buildperformance that supportspeople and businessobjectives
  • Work closely with the Central HR team to ensure timelyand effective deliveryof all HR processes
  • Conducting Exit interviews to obtain detailed feedback, analyzethe data and present it to the stakeholders

 

 

  • Employee Engagement and Connects:
  • Driving Monthly RnR (Toppr Claps) fun activities, etc. to maximize  productivity and develop highlyengaged teams regularly
  • Organizing Monthlymeetings between the Business Head and HR to promotetransparency and demonstrate a strong presenceof leadership

 

  • Learning and Development:
  • Participated in the evaluation and monitoring of training programsto ensure the success 

 

 

  • Policies, and processes:
  • Timely Implementing policies, processes,rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmarkand implement the best practices
  • Drive and lead the agenda on employeeengagement
  • Provide Monthly performance feedback to employees (e.g. KRA, improvement areas, etc.)
  • Responsible for following HR Policies 
  • Launched the Candidate InterviewExperience survey to analyze the strengths and improvement areas
  • Planned and organized trainingand learning sessions for New Joinees
  • Managing the hiring process by following the selection and approval process


 

Special Projects:

 

  1. Recruitment:
  • Delivered the Sales and Renewals manpower requirement (Mentor,Sr.Mentor & and Team Managers)month on month for all the business  unitsin the West zone
  • Revamped the hiring for Renewal - Sales verticalas a special project, on management’s request

 

 

  1. Vendor Management:

Managing Recruitment Vendors for manpower fees (As per the Contract)
