   I have almost 5yrs of experience in customer service in different sectors starting from hotel front office executive to working in an international call center (UK process) as I started working very early. I started working with Radisson resort and spa as a front office associate, in 2006. Then there was no looking back and I gained a lot of experience in customer service. I have worked with call centers as well for international processes(mainly UK). and that's is how I developed my English speaking skills. my recent job has given me a new set of experience as area manager I took care of 5 stores under me. right from the staff training to the visual appearance of the store.

I have finished HIGHER SECONDARY EDUCATION from the Maharashtra state board. 

I have a 6month diploma certification in travel management from Kuoni Institute of Travel Management

I am certification in TEFL/TESOL from the London school of teachers.
