- Experience in screening the suitable candidates resume from portals.
- Conducting interviews and onboarding process.
- Experience in maintaining relations with Management, HR teams in all countries.
- Experience in Rewarding and Recognition to motivate the employees their works.
- Establishing clear goals, objective for employees ensure that rewards in productivity.
- Shortlisting the candidates according to requirements.
- Complete knowledge in onboarding and offboarding process.
- Experience in conducting training programs for new joiners.
- Experience in conducting meeting with vendors globally.
- Experience in recruiting large number of manpower monthly according to projects.
- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule technical rounds of interviews.
- Following up on the requirement sent by the clients for job type, salary and experience level on daily basis.
- Coordinate and organize in-person interview rounds.
- Experience working with the Recruitment firms.
- Maintaining HR records related to compensation, health and medical policies.
- Communicating and explain the organization s HR policies to the employees
- Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave
encashment and full and final settlements. - Preparing documents such as offer letters and confirmation letters
- Having excellent communication skills.
