• Experience in screening the suitable candidates resume from portals.
• Conducting interviews and onboarding process.
• Experience in maintaining relations with Management, HR teams in all countries.
• Experience in Rewarding and Recognition to motivate the employees their works.
• Establishing clear goals, objective for employees ensure that rewards in productivity.
• Shortlisting the candidates according to requirements.
• Complete knowledge in onboarding and offboarding process.
• Experience in conducting training programs for new joiners.
• Experience in conducting meeting with vendors globally.

• Following up on the requirement sent by the clients for job type, salary and experience level on daily basis.
• Coordinate and organize in-person interview rounds.

• Maintaining HR records related to compensation, health and medical policies.
• Communicating and explain the organization s HR policies to the employees
• Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave
  encashment and full and final settlements.
• Preparing documents such as offer letters and confirmation letters
• Having excellent communication skills.
