My name is Vignesh Kumar, and I currently work as a Technical Writer at Saarthi.ai. I have a strong background in

technical documentation and a total of 4+ years of experience in the field.

I graduated from Jeppiaar Engineering College, affiliated to Anna University Chennai, with honors

in 2018. I began my career at Alten India in Bangalore, where I worked as a technical writer for 3

years. During my time there, I was responsible for creating and revising user manuals, service

manuals, and release notes for software products such as CPPM, Helpdesk, and Zamiz.

For the past year, I have been working at GE HealthCare in Bangalore. In this role, I have been

involved in the creation and revision of user manuals, service manuals, technical bulletins,

customer technical information documents, and release notes for software products like Imaging

Protocol Management (IPM), Intelligent Protocolling (IP), and Digital Expert Access (DEA), which are

cloud-based solutions.

I have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, working closely with subject matter

experts, and using Translation Management System (TMS) software to translate secondary

language manuals into easily understandable content for end-users. My proficiency extends to a

range of technical writing tools and software, including Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, and

Oxygen XML editor.

Apart from my technical writing skills, I also have a background in software development and

project management. This additional experience has provided me with a deep understanding of the

software development lifecycle and has honed my attention to detail when it comes to reviewing

technical documentation.

One notable achievement during my tenure at GE HealthCare was creating a user manual from

scratch for the cloud-based software product Digital Expert Access (DEA). Saarthi.ai created

Searchable Knowledge Base from scratch.
