I am a Lean/Agile evangelist, Enterprise Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Kanban Coach. I have been involved in Agile implementations and transformations for 15+ years. I have around 23 years of information technology/software development experience. I have been focused on business agility, improving business value delivery, reduced waste, greater flexibility, and reduced overhead during my career. I lead by example and aim for metrics-driven performance.

I pride myself on growing internal capability, skills, and trust to help create more collaborative, transparent, and enjoyable workplaces, helping to develop a physiologically safe environment and learning culture with a focus on value delivery and adaptability. I have had the fortune to work with great organizations in domains like IoT, Banking and financial Services, E-commerce, Commodity Trading and Risk Management, B2B, B2C, Education, Biogas, and Dairy. I have led multi-geo, multi-billion-dollar engagements, led pilot POC teams, and worked with Sales, Operations, IT, and HR departments to scale processes. I take part in hiring, firing, and team formation decisions.

I have hands-on experience in agile transformations in product /project development/ infrastructure using Scrum, Scaling Scrum, designing upstream and downstream Kanban upstream, and transforming teams to Scrumban. I have implemented engineering best practices like TDD and DevOps. I have vast and in-depth knowledge of Process Mapping/Mining, Agile transformation/coaching, and agile delivery.

I have worked with Leadership teams to understand and embrace the aspects of agile software development that help them achieve strategic business goals without creating a churn in the product, engineering, and quality control teams, still bringing an evolutionary change in the organization.
