In 2013, inspired by Indian Startup Stories, I founded Weldynamics, achieving a breakthrough by acquiring the technology transfer from DRDO for the DRDO Anaerobic Bio-Digester. This innovative product has become highly successful, with Weldynamics leading in the manufacture and supply of Microbial Inoculum to entities such as Indian Railways and various government agencies. Over the past decade, my work has provided extensive exposure to the government sector, allowing me to navigate the intricacies of government procurement policies, budget allocations, and compliance requirements. I have developed strong relationships with officials at all levels, identified opportunities aligned with departmental budgets, and executed successful sales strategies.
