I am a MBA from IBS Hyderabad in marketing. I have more than 7 yrs. of work experience in sales coordination, corporate sales and marketing.  I have vast experience of working with international corporate in power generation, telecom and consumer durables vertical.

I have held responsibilities for sales coordination, channel sales and B2B sales and successfully generated revenue for my company. I am much efficient in sales support functions, sales MIS preparation, MS Excel, account management, customer support and also generating business from existing clients by maintaining healthy long term relationship.

* Worked in Jakson & Company as Sales Coordinator (July. 2016 till Dec. 21)

Job Description-

  • Enquiry Coordination-To attend all kind of sales enquiries received from Kirloskar Helpdesk & Outsourced channels i.e. IM, JD, Trade India via App, Email, Phone & Company website.
  • Sending quotations, proforma invoices, payment receipts & other sales related documents to customers based on specifications given by concerned sales executive and keep record of the same in CRM.
  • Sales MIS preparation, analysis of CRM data, prepare sales tracker on regular basis and present to CEO & concerned HOD’S.
  • Coordination with dealers and sales team for order booking, payments and dispatch.
  • Support the sales team in attaining sales & collection targets, sending marketing materials and giving information on new sales policies.
  • Follow up with customers for early payment collection and coordinate with sales & order dispatch team.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Handling the customer grievances and enquiries received on company customer care number and coordinating with support team and service dealers for prompt resolution of the complaint.
  • Lead Validation-Primary discussion with customers for understanding product requirement, verifying customer details, area of supply and allocation to concerned executives and dealers by Email / Phone and CRM.
  • Keep a track of sales review meetings, checkup and ensure all meetings time schedule is followed without fail.
  • Coordinate with plant to ensure timely production Planning. Production planning based on order status.
  • Vendor Management- Onboarding new vendors, price negotiations, coordinate with vendors for timely bill payments, service complaints & agreements renewals. Maintaining payment records for Internet/Broadband/Office Rent/ Courier/Parking /Electricity/ Phone etc. for Head office and branch offices.

 

* Worked in Pee Emm Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Sales Coordinator (Oct. 2013-June-2016)

Job Description-

  • To attend all kinds of sales inquiries received through email, phone and website.
  • Share the leads with concerned sales representative.
  • Coordinating with sales team for fixing appointment with prospective client.
  • Follow-Up with the prospects.
  • Support the sales team in attaining targets.
  • Sending commercials, brochures and order documents to customers.
  • Follow up with customer for order and making collection calls to existing clients.
  • Coordinating with sales managers for preparing monthly funnel and updating customer database.
  • Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and increasing profit margin.

EDUCATION-MBA from IBS Hyderabad in Marketing and Banking, during the period 2009-11 passed with CGPA 6.92.
