Being a development professional with academic background- Masters in Development with 
specialisation in Health & Nutrition, I have 6 years of experience and expertise in working for 
the development issues including TB and Malaria Control Program, child and adolescent 
development, primary education, early childhood care and education, life skills training for youth 
etc.
Besides, I have practical experience in project planning, implementation of project interventions, 
budgeting, report writing, documentation, supervision, monitoring & evaluation, linkage 
negotiation, coordination, facilitating meetings, seminar, workshops and campaigns etc. I have 
sound knowledge on developing concept notes, project proposals, skills in resource mobilization, 
training curriculum, modules to facilitate capacity building for implementing staffs, frontline health 
workers, media and local communities and skills on project cycle and result based management. 
This includes writing project reports and annual reports along with developing concept notes, 
project proposals for the organisation. The projects report comprises of case studies, impact 
report, lessons learnt, challenges, powerpoint presentation of the activities for the different
