Currently, I am working with HORECA TRADING SPC - Bidfood Middle East (since 2021), where I lead the credit control function, manage customer credit limits, oversee collections, and ensure strong cash flow management across a diverse portfolio. My role involves reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), handling high-value accounts, resolving disputes, and coordinating closely with sales and operations teams to maintain healthy customer relationships while minimizing bad debts.

Prior to this, I worked with ALMARAI COMPANY in the Eastern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (EKSA) for four years. During my tenure, I strengthened my expertise in credit risk assessment, account reconciliation, large-volume receivables management, and ERP-based financial reporting. My experience in the Saudi market has provided me with strong knowledge of regional business practices and regulatory compliance.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams, improved collection efficiency, implemented structured follow-up processes, and contributed to significant reductions in overdue receivables. My strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership approach enable me to balance firm credit control with excellent customer service.

I am particularly interested in joining Rapid Access in Jeddah, as I believe my extensive experience in the GCC region and my team leadership background align well with the requirements of a Senior Credit Controller role.
