Engaging in CTMIL motherson, chennai as a EDM electrode designer of car mould ( core & cavity )   . from the last 7th month . I  was engage in the company . As per the customer demand , we design the electrode according to the core and cavity .

WORK EXPERIENCE - CTMIL Motherson, chennai

  • electrode design ( pocket , shut, rib , component ) 
  • documentation of tool design ( BOM , LOT ) 
  • 2D & 3D tool design & detailing using NX 11 & NX12 
  • Rapid modify the tool as per faults comes in the electrode 
  • Basic knowledge of mould design .

  • DPMT- DIPLOMA IN PLASTIC AND MOULD TECHNOLOGY from central institute of petrochemical engineering & technology ( CIPET ) Lucknow 
  • 12th pass from CBSE board 
  • 12th pass from CBSE board
