Key Responsibilities:
. Lead sourcing, purchasing, and inventory control for Capex (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) and day-to-day operations, ensuring timely material delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
. Collaborate with Project & Production departments to align procurement strategies with business requirements, ensuring optimal material flow.
. Expertise in managing chemical, Capex, MRO, and AMC & CAMC contracts.
. Review and maintain re-order levels (ROL) and safety stocks on a half-yearly basis, applying inventory optimization techniques.
. Handle vendor development, negotiation, and finalization of terms of trade and prices for Capex requirements.
