1. 1 Nokia Solutions & Networks, Pune as an AM/FM Engineer-DWDM.

• Fault management & troubleshooting of Infinera (Tellabs/Coriant) 7100, mTera, 7300, Groove, Huawei 6800.
• Proactivity checking the Network health using alarms and performance report shared by PMS Team.
• Checking the service down cases and giving the RFO. 
• Reroute/shift the service to other path or Hardware to restore service in Critical outages.
• Checking the Lambda down cases, Hardware issue and help to team to resolve those issues.
• During service (P1/P2) outage, give the 24*7 support to resolve the issue, if issue not resolved then raising issue with OEM for restoration of outage and RCA.
• Attending daily P1/P2 outage call with VIL Corporate/Circle team.
• Lambda provisioning / deprovisioning. Wavelength changing of existing lambda according to requirement.
• Service provisioning of VC4, 1G, 10G and 100G.
• Checking the performance of CEN and Enterprise links.
• Giving the RFO for service down cases.
• Testing of new 10G and 100G services using Tester.
• Software upgrade of nodes
• Generating the span LOS sheet on monthly basis and escalate degraded spans to respective fiber team
• Generation of monthly MSR report, L1/L2 activity report,
• Working on HPSM, Temip tools in VIL network.
• Giving the 24*7 support to field Engg. For Local Login, Hardware fault finding, Hardware replacement, Shelf/Node shifting activity, new patching.
• Maintaining the database of newly provisioned services and delated services from network
• Checking the database of each node is saved on server or not and give the update to respective team.
• Checking the ping response of GNE nodes on weekly basis.
• Checking the feasibility for new customer request.
• Maintaining the outage/Hardware replace/TAC case Tracker.
• Coordination with field team for any PE related to network.
• Coordination & follow up for pending issue and close the same

1. 2 Tata Communication Ltd as a NOC Engineer (Contractual- Lobo staffing).

• Complete monitoring the National Long Distance (NLD) DWDM links of TCL.
• Troubleshooting of the link failure from field level i.e. restoration, comprising of optical fiber cable damaged, equipment errors and facility issues.
• Responsibility of alarm get execution, monitoring & troubleshooting of vendor NOC(Alcatel, Huawei,NEC) from link fail to link restoration.
• Coordinate with various IRU NOCs like BIL (Bharti India LTD), Railtel, Idea, Vodafone, Reliance, Aircel.
• Monitoring of the link responsible by own Tata Comm. through two equipment RFTS & OLP.
• Keeping record of all traffic in the company under the scope of TCL NLD through SONIX, TSRM software (to create the docket), excel sheet named as SFR(Shift Field Report) & DFR (Day Field Report).

1. 3. Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra).LTD (TTML) as a GIS Engineer.(APP)

• Working on CITRIX software for implementing Pune fiber network.
• As build, updating of PMP cluster in GIS software (GE SMALL WORLD).
• MDF connectivity and Fiber audit data updating as per data from audit team.
• Giving fiber & copper connectivity data as per requirement to maintenance team during alarm condition.
• Updating new fiber & copper network in GIS
• Data rectification & updating
• Carry survey for changes as well as new installation.
