• On-site supervising tasks such as classifying soil and rock samples collected by mud loggers,
• Monitoring wellsite operations.
• Coworking with drilling engineers and mud loggers during drilling operations to ensure smooth drilling and reaching geological target. 
• Preparation of lithological/geological reports, geological maps, recording and confirming well formation tops and technical reports
• Monitoring well path to ensure well is drilled in desired and planned angle.

Working as Wellsite Geologist at Hindustan Oil Exploration Company. Worked at rig site and had a brief knowledge about the geology of the block and its reservoir characteristics. Learned to identify pay zones and formation tops from the   lithology of samples and looking over various well logs such as Gamma ray, Resistivity, Neutron-density, Porosity, Shale volume, Water saturation etc. Could share advise/opinion on drilling operations based on the lithology, geology and position of the reservoir in the region/block.

I have completed my Master's degree in Geology in University of Madras, Chennai-600025. The period of the course was two years consisting of four semesters.
