In my last role as a Head of Field Operations at SugarBox Networks, I have successfully implemented control measures, monitoring strategies, and ticket systems to ensure the continuous uptime of our infrastructure. By effectively managing outsourcing strategies, I have minimized Turnaround Times (TATs) and ensured high-quality service delivery.

One of my notable achievements includes spearheading the successful implementation of DPI systems for Etisalat, UAE  resulting in enhanced network reliability and reduced network downtime. Additionally, I led the Proof of Concept (PoC) implementation for Indian  railways, which significantly improved our network performance and scalability. My active monitoring strategies and resource management skills have consistently maintained optimal network performance and minimized service disruptions.

Moreover, my experience in program management and technical evaluation has allowed me to effectively lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and achievement of project milestones. I have a proven track record in accurately estimating Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ), facilitating efficient resource allocation and procurement processes.
