As an HR professional in my previous role, I gained valuable experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. I supported hiring managers in identifying and selecting top talent, helped plan company events to promote team building, and contributed to the development of new employee onboarding processes.

During my Data Science & Business Analytics course, I gained hands-on experience by working on various projects across different domains such as Real Estate, Finance and Risk Analytics, Marketing and Retail Analytics, Time Series Forecasting, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Data Mining, Advanced Statistics, and Statistical Methods for Decision Making. These projects included tasks like house price prediction, credit risk default modeling, recommending ideal portfolios, understanding customer buying patterns, visualizing insurance claims, forecasting wine sales, and more. Additionally, I also learned a new software called KNIME. Through these projects, I acquired practical skills in data analysis, machine learning, statistical analysis, and more, which have prepared me well for a career in data science.
