I am writing to express my interest in the Test Manager or Test Analyst position at your esteemed organization. With over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, predominantly in the Telecom domain, I have developed deep expertise in QA project management, Oracle Siebel CRM, system integration, and end-to-end testing practices.
Currently, I serve as a QA Project Test Manager at Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (_VOIS), where I lead release deliveries, manage parallel telecom projects, and drive quality assurance processes across both manual and automation testing streams. My background also includes extensive experience with UAT, SIT, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and working with tools like ALM, JIRA, SQL Developer, and XML-based middleware systems.
My accomplishments include receiving APEX, ACE, and Star Awards for consistent project excellence, and successfully managing high-impact telecom system upgrades and CRM transformations.
