Scientist, Assistant Professor, and researcher with 10+ years of experience teaching courses in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Supervised undergrad, postgraduate, and Ph.D. dissertations. Edited and co-authored 2 books on the relevant subjects. Published over 45 articles in peer-reviewed journals. Released 6 products in market secured 5 patents and filed 8 patents, deposited 28 microbes in a national repository. The problem-solving approach allows me to interact with various industries to resolve their challenges through product development and optimization approach, I have developed Technical expertise in Industrial Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Microbial Biotechnology, Product design.

While working in my previous role as Chief Technical Officer (CTO), I evaluated Industrial research as part of an internal self-regulation policy designed to maintain high standards of quality and credibility in various fields of technology and product development. Always on a mission to ensure complete objectivity in all of our projects. I was able to apply many of the skills I earned while majoring in Biotechnology Studies at my previous institutions/Universities. Understanding that data-driven presentations are absolutely necessary when sharing complex scientific concepts, I proposed and carried out a plan to resolve environmental and well as industrial challenges through real products. 

Prior to 2017, I was an Assistant Professor at the Inha University a premier organization in South Korea, where I teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses related to Bioengineering and Biotechnology. I was also involved in various research projects and the CAP stone courses, which allow me to develop a research plan which was purely product-oriented. I lead a number of exciting projects sponsored by industry and government. These typically involve the design, development, and synthesis of industrial products such as pharmaceuticals, cosmeceuticals, cosmetic agents, bio-surfactants, skin cell culture, and HTS system developments. Drug Design and development was my specialty during the period, I secure five patents on molecules having medicinal properties. The list of publications will reflect my productivity and problem-solving approach. 

Per your requirements, I am familiar with coordinating teams of scientists/researchers in achieving the targets. I have enjoyed my time at every organization where I worked and proved my capabilities, and am grateful for the excellent work opportunities offered. I now seek a senior industry position that will enable me to focus on longer-term goals.
