    My key skills are  Production Planning & Production schedules, Continuous Improvements, Projects Managements, Process Improvements, Productivity Improvements, Cost Saving Projects, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance, Shop Floor Operation, Health & Safety, Quality management, On-time delivery, Plant maintenance, Machine installation. 

     I am currently working as Production Shift Supervisor (Fiber Optic Cable Assembly & Fiber Optic Cable Manufacturing Department - Telecommunication Company) for Rosenberger electronic Co. (I) Pvt. Ltd., Verna Industrial Estate, Verna, Goa - India.

      3 years worked as a Manager - Manufacturing at Total Packaging Industries (Contract Manufacturer of Godrej Consumer Products - FMCG Company) in corlim Industrial Estate, Corlim, Goa - India.
         I have 2 years 8 months’ strong work experience as Maintenance Engineer at Indi Pharma Pvt. Ltd. (Pharmaceutical company) in Bethora Industrial Estate, Bethora, Goa - India.

        11 years 2 months worked as an Executive – Operation at Professional Oral Care Products Pvt. Ltd. (Contract Manufacturer of Colgate - Palmolive India- FMCG/Cosmetics company) in Kundaim Industrial Estate, Kundaim, Goa - India.     

        At present, I am looking for an opportunity which will enhance my profile of Technical, which will help me nourish my career, in turn which will help me to grow with the technological world and achieve decision-making skills, adapt with the latest technologies and work towards process and product innovation thereby, contributing towards the growth of the organization. My experience, technical skills and knowledge in the field has helped me solve many complicated cases/problems and thus benefiting the Organization. In addition, I possess exceptional skills in communication, presentation with demonstrated abilities in working with teams to achieve organizational goals.
