Job Summary:

We seek an organized Holiday Package Process Coordinator to manage and streamline holiday package creation, booking, and operation. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and ability to coordinate stakeholders for seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Package Creation and Customization:

- Develop holiday packages meeting customer needs, preferences, and budget

- Collaborate with hotels and transport companies for competitive offerings

- Customize packages based on client requests

Booking and Reservation Management:

- Manage all holiday package bookings

- Ensure timely, accurate booking confirmations

- Monitor availability and provide alternatives when needed

Customer Support:

- Provide excellent customer service

- Offer advice on destinations, package details, and itinerary options

- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Coordination with Vendors and Partners

Requirements

- Degree qualification

- Previous travel/holiday package planning experience preferred

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Knowledge of holiday destinations and travel trends

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking systems

- Excellent communication skills
