  • Closing sales invoices & Making sales report on daily basis.
  • Making MIS report for Sales/Revenue monthly& Quarterly.
  • Passing entries of Receipts, Payments, Expenditures, Accrued,Advances & General Ledger entries.
  • Preparing financialreports on the basis of Trial Balancelike Income & Expenditures statement& Balance-Sheet.
  • Bank Reconciliation, mainly K-Net, Payment Gateway Platform, fund transfers, finding any mismatch in both set of statements.
  • Preparing monthlyPayroll (Deduct over staff loan & Credits,calculating pay, overtime,making provision for leave).
  • Daily follow up of receivables by calling & putting data in excel book on record.
