A determined B.Sc. Health Information Management Graduate from Manipal Academy of Higher Education University, Manipal, India. I aim to attain an engaging position in the field of Health Information Management. I will put forth the gained knowledge and will always keep an eye out for new opportunities to gain more experiences.

I have worked as Health Information Management Intern at Kasturba Hospital KMC Manipal, my chief roles have been reviewing medical records for completeness, responding to requests for information from files according to established policy and procedures, identifying and entering patient information for disease surveillance on government portal, assigning appropriate codes according to ICD-10 CM and ICPM codes, operating computer to retrieve data, and keeping the utmost confidentiality with all the medical records. My motivation to apply is the opportunity to advance my understanding of the healthcare system while contributing to the excellence of the daily management of the organisation. I look forward to applying my management experience and dedication to this healthcare role.
