Responsibilities_
24X7 Process with rotational shifts_
Monitoring of key engine parameter to detect impending failures and assess engine performance._
Trend and data analysis backed with knowledge of aviation terms and troubleshooting_
Evaluate current state of engine performance and recommend course correction_
Interpret Technical publications like Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, Repair Manual etc._
Communicate and followup with Product line team and customer_
Prepare and publish daily customer reports_
Drive and support continuous improvement efforts through LEAN philosophy_
Qualifications_
Minimum qualifications_
Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (A & C)_
Experience in Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and Trend interpretation_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Previous experience in Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM) role_
- _Effective probing skills and analysing / understanding skills_
- _Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent_
- _Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend or night shift)_
- _Strong attention to detail_
- _Working knowledge of Microsoft tool like word, Excel and PowerPoint_
