Lemon Yellow LLP is looking for a Front Desk Executive aka a receptionist to manage our office's in-flow of people - from clients to potential lemons (our teammates, we call them lemons, for obvious reasons).


What do we need from you?

  • Make the new joinees feel welcomed with a carefully curated onboarding journey on their first day.
  • People management is critical you'll have to coordinate with multiple departments to make sure any outside visitors' admittance to LY is smooth.
  • Another part of this people management will be to manage meeting rooms from silent boxes to conference room, you'll have to make sure no meetings are held there without a booking through you. And we have a lot of meetings
  • Occasionally, you'll be in charge of making sure our guests are wellfed, by taking care of required arrangements.
  • Keep a check on people by maintaining a visitor's book, and take feedback wherever necessary. Improvement and acknowledgment is the key to growth, after all.
  • And anything else which is important for smooth functioning of our office.
