We are looking forward to hire SAP SCM Professionals in the following areas:

A functional BA who knows SAP SCM/MM/WM/LE and can operate on the system to understand currently available /implemented features and modify requirements as per his SAP system experience.
Someone who can take up discussions with business teams & take up lead/initiative to conduct workshops.
Good knowledge and handson on with requirements gathering, and mapping from discussions business to IT.
Good at communication
Ready to go the extra mile and has aspirations to become a Business analyst from a functional background.

KPIs for this role

FDD Production Rate: Average of 3 complete FDDs produced per day.

FDD Accuracy: Less than 5% rework or modifications needed after initial submission to the project team.

Stakeholder Feedback: Maintain an average stakeholder satisfaction rate of 90% or above for clarity and completeness of FDDs.

Timeliness: Ensure 95% of FDDs are delivered within specified deadlines.

Requirement Traceability: 100% of functional requirements in FDDs should be traceable back to original business requirements.

Collaboration Efficiency: Participation in and contribution to 95% of all scheduled requirement gathering and clarification meetings.

Change Request Efficiency: Ensure that changes or updates to FDDs are incorporated within one working day in 90% of cases.
