    Description

    Role Summary

    Join our innovative team at a rapidly expanding SaaS startup based in Bengaluru, where you'll take on a pivotal role in crafting a robust backend infrastructure. As a Backend Developer, your expertise in Python, Django, and Golang will be instrumental in driving the development of our cutting-edge Modern Sales CRM platform. You'll lead by example, guiding junior team members and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions.

    Your daily adventures will include

    • Work collaboratively with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
    • Architect, develop and maintain scalable Python backend applications, prioritising efficiency, security, and scalability.
    • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code to power our web applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
    • Implement server-side logic using Python and related technologies, integrating seamlessly with frontend components.
    • Create RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend systems, enhancing overall functionality.
    • Ensure robust security and data protection measures are implemented to safeguard sensitive information.
    • Design and implement data storage solutions for optimal performance and scalability, utilising SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Optimise system performance, improve usability and automate processes to enhance overall efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to understand and address business requirements effectively.

    What you bring

    • You must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in developing tech products.
    • Proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI frameworks, with a strong understanding of Celery.
    • Solid grasp of software engineering principles and best practices, with experience in building scalable web applications.
    • Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless integration.
    • Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
    • Expertise in designing and implementing data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Proven track record of optimising performance and enhancing system functionality.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
